So Heidi and I went out tonight and went shopping at the mall and other assorted stores.  We went into several of the hip and trendy stores, where we were treated to an assortment of male workers who plucked their eyebrows and techno music. Then we walked into a big sporting goods store.  Immediately the atmosphere changed, and most refreshing of all was the fact that they were playing Molly Hatchet’s Flirting With Disaster.  How can you not love that?

Plus I ate an entire large M&M Blizzard made with chocolate ice cream.  They don’t have nutritional information for that particular choice, but a similar item has 1400 calories and 70 grams of fat.The Blizzard
