We had a pretty good Thanksgiving. I had half a day off on Wednesday, and then Thursday and Friday so it was a long weekend for me. On Thursday, we had some friends come over for our turkey dinner, and it was good. I don’t really like turkey that much, but I eat it on Thanksgiving as long as I don’t have to pick bones and gristle out of it. And it was cooked just right and tasted good. We also had lots of other good food.
Whitney set the table and did a very good job. She decided to put on a nice dress to go along with the pretty table she made, so she enjoyed the meal as well. Mason, who loves stuffing like you can’t believe, ate quite a bit of food. But his favorite part was looking at the turkey guts.
Afterwards we played a little game of Risk. Who won? Me.
