Mason has been wanting a fort/clubhouse for a while. He converted an old dresser into a fort, but it was not surprisingly too small. He did play in it quite a bit though, so during the Easter break I made him a better hideout.

I smoothed out a flat-ish spot on our mountain, cut stairs into the hillside and hauled a bunch of bricks and stuff up there. We ended up with a pretty cool little hideaway for the kids. We’ll have to see what happens once the greenery comes in–it should get covered up and be almost invisible from below.
